Privacy policy
Radar Europa collects the details you type into the signup form and nothing else. This page says exactly what is stored, why, for how long, and how to have it deleted.
Pending legal review. This policy was drafted from the system’s actual behaviour — the fields the form collects, what the code stores, and which processors are involved — and is accurate to that. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer, and the items marked [TO CONFIRM] need the operator’s input before it can be relied on. Last updated 7 September 2026.
Who is responsible
The controller of your personal data is J24D [TO CONFIRM: full registered legal name, registered address, and country of establishment], which operates Radar Europa.

What we collect, and when
When you request a report we store only what you type into the form, plus a small amount of technical context attached automatically to the submission:

We do not collect payment details on this site, we do not ask for personal data beyond the above, and we do not buy or enrich your data from third parties.
Lawful basis
We process this data to take steps at your request before entering into a contract, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated. You asked us for a report; this is the data needed to produce and send it. How long we keep it
Lead data is retained for 24 months from our last contact with you, after which it is deleted. If you ask for deletion sooner, we delete it sooner.
Who else processes it
- Cloudflare, Inc. hosts the site and stores submissions in a Cloudflare D1 database, and provides Cloudflare Web Analytics (below). Data may be processed in facilities outside the EU under Cloudflare’s data processing terms and standard contractual clauses. [TO CONFIRM: the signed DPA reference.]
- PostHog, Inc. provides product analytics and session replay on PostHog Cloud EU, hosted in the European Union (below). We also record each report request as an event in PostHog from our server, including the email address and the details you gave, so we can see which pages lead to requests; this does not depend on cookies. That is the complete list. There are no advertising networks, no data brokers and no third-party marketing tools on this site.
Analytics
Two tools, with different footprints.
Cloudflare Web Analytics is cookieless and does not fingerprint visitors or track them across sites. It records aggregate page views and performance measurements. It does not build a profile of you and cannot identify you.
PostHog records how the site is used so we can fix what confuses people: page views, clicks, scroll depth, page performance and, if you accept cookies, session replays of how pages are browsed. Anything you type into a form is masked in replays. Until you answer the cookie banner, PostHog records nothing. If you decline, your visit is counted through a hash of your IP address, browser and the day, which changes daily and cannot be reversed; nothing is stored on your device and no replay is made. If you accept, PostHog sets first-party cookies so that your pages and visits connect, and if you then request a report your visit is linked to the email address you gave. You can change your choice at any time on the cookies page.
There are no advertising or social-media tracking scripts on this site.

Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to: confirm what data we hold about you; give you a copy; correct anything wrong; delete it; restrict or object to how we use it; or receive it in a portable format. You may withdraw consent at any time where we rely on it, and every email we send includes a one-click unsubscribe.
To exercise any of these, email the address above. We aim to respond within 30 days.
You also have the right to complain to a supervisory authority. In Portugal this is the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD).
Security
Submissions travel over HTTPS and are stored in Cloudflare D1 with access limited to the people who operate the service. If a database write fails, the submission is held in Cloudflare KV so it is not lost, and is moved into the database once the fault is fixed.
